Turkish Space Agency (TUA)
Founded in 2018, the *Turkish Space Agency (TUA) *is the national authority responsible for shaping and coordinating Türkiye’s space policies. Operating under the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, TUA advances the country’s capabilities in space sciences, satellite systems, exploration, and international cooperation.
Türkiye’s National Space Programme, launched in 2021, sets a bold ten-year vision with goals including: sending a Turkish astronaut to space (achieved in 2024), landing on the Moon, developing a regional positioning system, establishing a spaceport, and strengthening the national space industry.
As the official host of IAC 2026, TUA is proud to welcome the global space community to Antalya for a congress that embodies a shared vision:
